President Elect, Geoffrey Pearson receiving a surprise visit from his son and daughter prior to being installed as President on Changeover Day Thursday 5th July 2007

President Geoffrey Pearson receiving the congratulations of retiring President. Bernard Cocker

Welcome to The Rotary Club of Horwich.

v     I hope you enjoy our website, finding the information interesting and enlightening.

v     We exist to help others less fortunate than ourselves, trying to help in mainly local projects, but some at National and International level also.

v     As President for this year I hope to bring the name of ROTARY more to the fore and help to get all Rotarians working a little more closely together.

v     I would also like to develop lasting links with charities both here and abroad.

v     If you are not a Rotarian then please contact us for more information and see if this type of voluntary work is right for you. We have a great deal of fun, fellowship and above all are able to help a multitude of people.

v     If you are a Rotarian; does your club wish closer links with Horwich, possibly in a joint venture, either in the U.K. or abroad.

LET’S SPREAD THE WORD.
